i forked and deployed the code for PoetryDB, an API (application programming interface, for the non-nerds). the reason? well, the official API didn't have my highly-specific-and-niche favorite poems.

this page is the end result of that: a randomized poem from my instance of PoetryDB, on each page refresh.
